Report Content

If you see content that violates our Terms of Service — including spam, harassment, hate speech, or anything that makes you feel unsafe — please report it.

You can report content directly within the App by tapping the report button on any drop or profile. You can also email us at support@syncy.org with details and we will review it promptly.

Account Help

Common questions:

• How do I delete my account?Go to your profile, tap Settings, and select "Delete Account." Your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• I forgot my password.Use the "Forgot Password" link on the sign-in screen. We'll send a reset link to your email.
• How do I change my username? Go to your profile, tap Settings, and edit your username.
• How do I block someone?Tap the menu on their profile or drop and select "Block." They will no longer be able to see your content or interact with you.
